Predominately self taught I started making jewellery at fourteen and sold it through my aunty's beautician salon. Over the years I continued to experiment with different techniques and mediums, always pushing the boundaries with everything I tried. Beach stones, bark and egg shells were just a few of my journeys.
I've tried very hard not to be influenced by trends and pre conceived ideas of what a jeweller should be and make. A good piece of jewellery should be made to last a life time and to be a timeless design. It often becomes a part of the owners identity, being worn regularly, if not every day. The craftsmanship should be superb so as not only to enhance the pieces beauty with age but to continuously complement the wearer. It should be a timeless design which will hold its own over a life time of trends and fashion styles.
This is my brief every time I design a new piece. I hope that one of my designs gets to become yours and enrich your life with beauty and compliments.
The human body is my canvas, Hope you like my art.
